Francoise Cluzeau, Associate Director, is one of the founding members of GHD. She leads the iDSI India programme and iDSI’s engagement in Francophone Africa. She has extensive global experience in the development and implementation of clinical guidelines, quality improvement programmes and related research.
Francis Ruiz, Senior Adviser (Health Economics) leads GHD’s engagement with iDSI China and oversees engagements in Sub Saharan Africa and the Philippines. He also manages several Knowledge Products on health economics.
Ryan Li is Adviser at the Global Health and Development Group, Imperial College London. Laura leads on iDSI’s programme of work in India, and also supports iDSI projects in Sub-Saharan Africa. She supports monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL) implementation, and the development of iDSI knowledge products.
Y-Ling Chi, Technical Adviser, focuses mainly on supporting the Ministry of Health in Kenya in the development of the health benefits package and UHC plans, and supporting the HIV programmes in Kenya in an evaluation of an implementation support to the roll out of differentiated care pathways. Mohammed Gad, Technical Analyst, is a health economist and has been supporting various projects including China, Ghana, and global advocacy with the WHO.
Susie Colville, Programme Manager, leads the project management team at GHD. She is responsible for budget management across iDSI, financial reporting to funders, and negotiating and managing contracts with delivery partners and consultants. Susie also supports the GHD senior management team on operational and strategic issues.
Niki O’Brien is an Assistant Project Manager, responsible for project management across iDSI and GHD projects, including management of budgets and contracts with our delivery partners.
